Deep green full crushed morocco binding, by Chambolle Duru, gilt violin devices stamped in each corner of the two boards, elaborate gilt decorated spine, gilt dentelles, marbled paper eps. AEG. Original blue paper wrappers bound-in. Modest extremity wear, with minor rubbing to tips. Joints just starting to show stress lines. Faint evidence of removed bookplate to front paste-down.
