At the time of this 1924 event, the series beginning in 1920 at Roosevelt Field NY, Dayton, "birth place of the flying machine, & home of the Wright Brothers" viewed itself as the "Air City of America", who herein welcomes the world's best aviators for the 5th Race.

As well as a souvenir of the Air Races, the brochure also used as a promotional vehicle for the city & provides general history of aviation. The program now somewhat scarce, with OCLC recording just 6 holdings.
