Our copy of Vol 3 varies from that of Todd & Bowden, in that the Half-title leaf verso is blank & the publisher imprint in the first state [T & B note a blank h-t verso with the second state publisher imprint]. Given our copy in consonance with Vols 1 & 2, we speculate this an earlier issue than that seen by T & B.
