Period brownish-purple vertically-ribbed cloth binding with maroon leather title label to spine (professionally rebacked). Spine sun-tanned. Stain to lower outer edge of frontis & engraved title, with some transferrence to next few leaves. Period pos of "E. H. Lloyd / 1845". Occasional foxing to plates. Withal, a VG copy. Item #510.11
While the 13 line errata is deemed the first issue, it is quite uncommon, and not often seen on the commercial market, hence most will have to be satisfied with the second issue, as here.
