Panels 2 & 3 provide details of the facility, as well as "Terms per Week" & "Meals". Entire inner portion [4 panels] comprise a "Map of the Country Round STRATHEARN HOUSE CRIEFF. Front panel with 5 oval inserts displaying, in color, divers aspects of the House & adjoining grounds / country side. Panel 4 with a Route Map to Strathearn House Crieff, with mileage chart from prominent UK cities [e.g., London, 444 miles]. Folded: 8" x 5-1/8" Printed self-wrappers, now housed in an archival mylar sleeve. General wear & soiling from prior use, Very Good. Item #50918
The establishment, founded by Thomas Meikle, opened its doors in 1868 as The Strathearn Hydropathic Establishment Company, making it one of the oldest hotels in Scotland, and still extant today, known as Crieff Hydro.
