Each volume with a frontispiece, engraved title, and illustrated with b/w plates / cuts [in BR & OCS]. 8vo. 9-1/4" x 5-3/4" Publisher's original brown half-leather bindings with marbled paper boards. Raised bands, blind stamped decoration and gilt stamped lettering to spines. Some wear & rubs to extremities. Joints show a tad of wear. Gilt generally bright, and volumes square & tight.
