Menu housed in a paper portfolio which, on p. 2, has a history of the Statue. Front cover reproduces a Kingman watercolor which "was specially created for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty." Horizontal orientation: 8-1/2" x 11". While there's no doubt this a menu for the first class cabin, the airline itself is not identified anywhere herein, though the food selection & other research suggests it was a Pan-Am flight to Germany.
