Divers paginations, with the 1913 List being the most extensive, at 158 pp. Most pocket sized, from 6" x 3-1/4" to 7-3/8" x 4-1/8". 1913: cloth spine over printed fabric covered card stock. The remainder printed paper covers, stapled. General wear & soiling, with signs of use. Some with prior owner signatures & annotations. Very Good. Item #48961
Useful lot to document & track paper availability, styles & prices in the period leading up to, and through, World War I, with the 1918 List proclaiming on the front cover, "DO NOT WASTE PAPER"
