Publication reproduces, in facsimile, a letter from a French student, Odette Gastind, in the Lycée Victor Duruy in Paris to Mr John Finley, Commissioner of Education and President of the University of the State of New York, with said letter celebrating the US intervention in war, as well as the ties between the French & American people.
