Volume collects a number of issues of Household Words, No. 150 [February 5, 1853] to No 177 [August 13, 1853], followed by an issue of The International Magazine of Literature, Art, and Science, Vol V., No. IV [April 1, 1852], which republishes "Choice Secrets" from Household Words [No. 100, 21 February 1852].
This a quite rare publisher's collection issued, no doubt, in an effort to move surplus stock. We find only two institutional holdings [surprisingly enough, apparently not held by Yale], and it's the first time we've ever had a copy.
