Soiling to wrappers, some ink markings (red, blue and black) adjusting menu items/prices, some pencil scribbles to last leaf, some soiling to leaves, age toning to leaves, overall a nice copy of this rare wine list. Dated by using San Francisco City Guides. Was not in the 1895 guide, nor the 1905. It was in the 1906 Vol. III guide that we see The Louvre listed again but at its second location at Fillmore and Eddy.
