Per the ESTC, "Evans became printer to the Cheap Repository in December 1797; the form J. Evans and Co. was used from 1799. Hatchard was at 173 Piccadilly until July 1801; this story did not appear in the 1798 collected edition of Cheap Repository shorter tracts, but was added in the 1799 edition."

Very Rare, ESTC does not list any US holdings, and only one in the UK [Bristol Central Library].
