The score sheets primarily record 1953 & 1954 games, mostly in the Bay Area, e.g., "Seatte vs Oakland Oaks, Emeryville, Opening Night, March 31, 1953" [2h 45m, Seattle winning, 8-5] followed by "San Francisco Seals vs Sacramento Sacs, Edmonds Field, Sacramento, April 1, 1953 [2h 30m, Seals winning, 4-0], etc, etc.
This presumed, and anonymous, Seals fan also attended some away games, as well as MLB games, during the season, for example scoring 3 Seals games vs Portland [June 2 - 4, 1953] at "Lucky Beaver Stadium" in Portland; the Yankees vs the White Sox, July 19 @ Comskey Park in Chicago. Also present are a number of 1962 Giants games, the first recorded is vs the Dodgers, 16 April, at Candlestick where both Mays & Alou homered, with the Giants handily winning the game, 19-8. Also chronicled is a game April 13, vs the Red, which the Giants won 7-2, and a May 1st game against Pittsburgh, with the Giants prevailing 4-2.
All-in-all, a nice, personal documentation of Bay Area baseball during the mid-1950s, as well as the San Francisco Giants from their stellar 1962 season, when they won 103 games, taking the NL title over their in-state rivals, the LA Dodgers, though losing the Series, in 7, to the NY Yankees [Willie!!! 2 feet higher!].
