The Pine Cone restaurant was a small roadside restaurant that had a large "Fountain Menu" as well as a variety of salads and sandwiches. Seems like a place for a quick bite before continuing the drive to Yosemite National Park.
Dishes include "Liverwurst Sandwich on Rye Bread ... 50", "Stuffed Avocado Salad with Shrimp or Crab ... 1.45" or a classic "Root Beer Float ...25"
