Some scattered odd stains and chips around the edges, age-toning to wrappers, small tear to the last few pages; overall a VG copy, especially considering these were meant to be carried by soldiers during a time of war. Item #44830.1

A "convenient pocket manual for soldiers in the army and navy." Contents include a Soldier's Calendar, a Pay Table and details, objects, principles and plans of the U.S. Sanitary Commission, as well as religious hymns and psalms, meant for civil war soldiers.
