This copy Class 1a, with a rough-trimmed fore-edge and lower edge. Fabes notes that a "copy which conforms to either of these forms [i.e., Class 1a or 1b] is a first issue of the book, irrespective of the presence or absence of misprints" (p. 54); the dropped "o" on p 365 is simply "due to imperfections in the type metal" (p. 53).
Keynes, citing later scholarship, "It seems to be entirely artifical to give priority of issue to either of these classes, since they were both printed and published at the same time. It may be bibliographically preferable to have a copy with the edges untrimmed." [p. 72-73].
