Not in VanderPoel, nor Wilkins. 4 volumes in 2 (317, [1 (blank)]; 314; 314; 294 pp). Frontis in each volume + 14 inserted plates (v1: 6; v2: 3; v3: 3; v4: 2). 12mo. 7-3/8" x 4-7/8". Original publisher's brown cloth binding, with gilt stamped spine lettering & graphic, and boards stamped in blind. Pale peach colored eps. "D. S. Pillsbury" ticket to each front paste-down. Bit of shelfwear, with board just showing to lower tips. Chipping to cloth at spine ends. Volumes joint cloth just starting top & bottom 1". Penciled pos to preliminary blank. Paper lightly toned, occasional light spotting/foxing. Withal, a respectable Very Good set of this rare US edition. Item #40899
